Being the first point of contact for visitors.
Keep records of visitors: their purpose of visit, request, time and who attended to them.
Respond to public inquiries.
Answering company phones and directing calls to the appropriate department.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
HND/Bsc in secretariat studies or any relevant course.
Adequate years of experience.
Must be friendly and social.
Good inter personal relationship.
Must be activityoriented.
Good communication skills.
Conversant with the Microsoft suite.
Must be a Lagos-resident.
